    There would likely be no patent left on Phenoxodial/Idronoxil/NV-06 which explains things - 1998 (18 years ago!) Novogen mk 1 got taxpayer cash to help develop Phenoxodial/Idronoxil/NV-06 and at that time it had already been through previous pre-clinical action so I'd think it would be open now to anyone..
