re: nru distribution newera uranium The in-specie distribution of the 10,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Newera Uranium Limited previously held by Cazaly Resources Limited, 8,139,528 fully paid ordinary shares in Newera Uranium Limited will be released from escrow on 10 January 2007.
Looks like Nathan and Clive's NRU allocation remain in ESCROW.
So that makes it around 28.5% of the total of NRU shares issued were released from ESCROW.
