    you need money to drill
    the settlement hasn't gone thru yet
    there is more chance of them selling one of the projects .
    they may as well with management moving at glacial speed .
    these guys could not get laid in a brothel with a fist full of fifty buck notes .
    drilling finds things
    the right things have value
    valuable things have potential to make serious money
    management need a rocket up their clacka , big time .
