    I voted against it and sent the paper work off today. As TaneNui has said they already have $5 mil more than they asked for and with no reasonable statement to support a further dilution they have lost my votes.

    The other aspect to this by my reckoning if they want more funds then wait until the P1&2 is done, price increases and the dilution is minimal.
