Vcj, I'm not sure how you come to this conclusion the CR is a disaster. It appears you think they are behind in progressing Paloma. As far as I can tell they are well within the timeframes it would take to test FV/LS in PD-2. That timeframe would have been known when the CR was promoted so any SI's or insto's would not have been expecting movement at the station as yet.
As I said previously the equivalent tests in PD-1 took 42days and we're about 10-11 days into this one. Though if this test is trouble free I hope its much less than 42 days.
The only other Paloma news we can expect short term is if the testing of the Paloma Sands is under way in PD-1.
