Kezza, the valuations you've seen previously will effectively have been reduced by 25% representing the additional share capital.
NSA is only 3.6Mb recoverable which makes it worth about 12cps plus another 3cps for the first trance of CR money.
Most of Neons valuation is for appraisal and exploration acreage. Vietnam is currently valued on the farm in deal to ENI and resources such as Paloma and PV based on contingent and certified(PV) reserves. Acreage such as Nearfield/Edison/Taft, Indonesia has no value attributed at this time.
Most broker reports put the current value of Neon in the 75c to 90c area, which with the CR would be roughly 56-67c.
From what I have seen of other juior oilers the exploration/appraisal part of the business is highly discounted from broker values. Often half broker suggestions until such time as an asset is proven.
