Kezza - if there is a good announcement before the closing date of the share offer, I wouldn't be counting on picking up the full amount of the shares you apply for. According to the 2011 Annual Report there were 5,000 shareholders. Dividing the maximum of $5 million under the offer by this gives you an average of $1,000 per shareholder. I know not all shareholders will participate in the offer, but a good announcement will ensure some serious scale back on shares applied for.
