Just checked the DOGGR( Dept of Conservation, Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources) records for what wells in California are being processed week beginning 3/11 (latest available).
Neons water disposal well (8-27WD) appears in the "Notices to Drill". From what I have observed of these reports the permit is issued within the next couple of weeks.
Neon also has in the "Notices to Rework" two NSA production wells being Lombardi 16-27WD and 5-27H.
A permit has also been granted to rework an NSA well, Lombardi 4-27H.
It seems likely Neon will meet its short term target of restoring current production by years end.
