I had a recent discussion with management regarding resource recovery and asked whether any thought had been given to using the recovery based on modern recovery techniques rather than the outdated and inaccurate recovery model of 30 years ago. NEN were not adverse to this and I suggested that modern recovery techniques should be based on this. It was a point that was taken however, if you chat with NEN or anybody else I would raise this as will be reflected in the proven and probable that will reflect to the SP. Also it is quite valid to use the recovery based on todays techniques and one could argue that is is detremental to not to use thses percentages.
Even now based on 30% against nearly 60% is still close to 100% understated and this equates to big numbers.
