Hi Zinc...perhaps you are the only one. But thisis a typical royalty structure for the USA, so totally reasonable IMO. I'm very happy with the quarterly result and the outlook for 5 more production wells this quarter. These are not expensive wells and from memory have a payback of a few months only.

Paris Valley next year is not a total surprise. As long as we are making money, this company still looks very cheap given the long life of the NSA field.
