That's because their management is a good team with visionaries like Cedric and Sean and also their project director Dan who lives close to the plant cite ensuring a down to earth (no pun intended) inspirational management style that builds a strong innovative culture within the company itself in AP. Quite unique compared to what I have witnessed within management of behemoths like BHP.
