Fair enough mate, good to question your investments as not everyone is in the same position or has the same opinion. Each person has lived an entire life of different lessons, experiences and has certain reservations about different things, so it's perfectly understandable to question your concerns in a constructive manner.
It takes a long time for history to be forgotten and all the false starts over the years have rightfully left a bad taste in plenty of people's mouths, but it's the ability to look at the current situation not just the past that will win out in this case, the history of the company over the past 8 years is not even slightly comparable to the past 2.
