yep, agree.... and i think most people need to differentiate Andrah pradesh from the rest of India in terms of planned growth (and generalised, national reports like those above)....AP's growth plans are RAPID compared to the majority of the country... and now has the funding to follow through...
Others will fear further auctions of land, while others will see it as inevitable or encouraging and not exactly going to effect our significant and strategic location.
