Would love a win and some costs... But don't believe it would be anywhere near two mil.... It would mean the plaintiff decided to risk 2m in potential reimbursed costs to return nothing if lost, or up to 2.5m if they won.... Would seem a ridiculous punt... Particularly when they weren't having success at the various stages of this case....

I imagine cost claims are capped so defendants can't load up on legal teams Willy Nilly.

I'd be happy with just the win... And the time waster over and done for management.
