I watched both my.PLS.and GXY languish for months before taking off, I still have high expectations for NSL once they IRON out all the processes, get all the staff up to speed and begin the conduct of a production business.

I have been in my role for now 7 months and only just starting to feel like I have a handle on day to day Ops.

Imagine being a.new employee in a new industry in a company that's finding it's way only dispatching for 3 months.

It's gonna take time.
