I believe the AGM needs to be announced 55 days before and must be held by 30 November. Is that right?
Given we're only 43 days to 30 November, are we in regulatory trouble (again) for not having announced it?
Or has it been announced, and buried in a document somewhere where I've missed it?
Or is there now a problem because of the missing $5.1m?
Or WORSE STILL, is the company now insolvent because of the missing $5.1m from the accounts and we won't make it to the AGM?
