Wanted to start a new thread seeing comments in individual announcements make no sense.
Have been keeping an eye on the ASX REIT sector in general over the past few months, obviously most commercial property ones have been (and look continued to be) hammered due to the Work from Home movement etc.
Storage meanwhile you'd think would be largely unaffected, but last few months NSR has also tumbled down a bit... few things I could think of as to reasons why, but would they be:
new competing product in Storage King talking about being listed on ASX
are people concerned about the level of debt?
is the thought that people will scale back on storage as a spend as the economy slows down? Seems a bit weird seeing it's not exactly a "discretionary" item really
Currently debating whether or not to buy some more of this at current prices...
