    I think the price is caution around NSR’s debt levels it seems to be business as usual for the company otherwise. I am
    in the same situation with my finger hovering over the buy button. This would be opening up a totally new position for me me so I am treading quite carefully. Full disclosure I have to admit I am not as familiar with this business as I feel with others.

    I can’t see a drop of in demand for storage but I can see they would have had a slowdown in the value of their underlying real estate meaning the business growth and values are slowing if not a little negative coupled with more borrowing costs.

    I am in two mindsets
    45% emerging issue
    55% buy low whilst people are still unsure
