Okay, been 2 months since my last chart. Let's look at it again.
NSR SP is sitting above the 200EMA, and the 10EMA is pretty flat.
SP seems pretty steady here now around $2.32 and has recovered from a lower level over the past few months.
NSR will be going ex-dividend next month, so I expect it to stay here for the time being and no real changes in trend.
The 50EMA looks like it's going to cross the 200EMA in the coming weeks, but I don't think this is a big signal. Looks like NSR is just settling out near its long term average.
