What do people think of the NSR purchase and the rights issue?
IMO the deal looks OK, although I don't really like the earn out component priced initially at 13.5c and then 20c. It's almost a reverse takeover if existing shareholders choose not to participate in the rights issue.
I'll be particpating only because the dilution would be to great otherwise.
