A lot of uncertainty with FUN, just s spec stock now. Deal has its question marks, NSR only has one year of profits and seems to be relying on their Noddy licence which will end in a few years time (after the earn out).
However I also think adding manufacturing to FUN is a good move for the long term. I'm going to cop the dilution but will of course sell then take up the new issue if the MP remains over 13c.
