In a recent presentation (Jan 13) the MD talked about the NST dividend and the intention to keep it consistently flowing for shareholders.

However he talked about matching the majors that pay out roughly 3% p.a.

I am also guessing that they will want to raise the dividend in a nice progressive and sustainable manner.

My interpretation is to expect a smaller increase in yield than your estimated 5%, however, provided NST continue to perform and expand over time then this will progressively rise throughout time.

My thoughts are for a possible 1 or 1.5c dividend to compliment the 2.5c dividend already paid.
