As most of you would be aware. The directors of Northern Star and De Grey have unanimously agreed upon and recommended the acquisition of DEG in particular it's T1 Hemi project.
Ashburton was originally purchased from Northen Star by Kalamazoo for reasons along the lines of the asset not being of the size or quality to meet T1 qualifications with limited upside to exploration. I doubt that NST will have a change in heart, KZR may have to find another buyer on the lapse of the exclusivity period.
