Andy Schechtman on challenges to the US dollar based system.When nations no longer need US dollars to trade oil, they will sell their US dollar reserves.
The US then goes into hyperinflation, interest rates spike, and the fragility of the system is exposed.
This does not even include the US losing its moral position, through malice and corruption, as defender of 'freedom and democracy'.
Doesn't Trump say that any nation that dares to leave the US dollar system, will be sanctioned out of the world economy!
We will then forget about gradual gold rises - maybe a doubling of gold in the next two years, say $AUD8000!
