Obvious feel that it should be $20+ by now, unless there is something significant unknown here although I think otherwise. It is a sign of disinterest from big players as NST will be re-investing all earnings which market does not like. Also at the same time calmly accumulating by supressing the SP down. I don't think the LT holders will be unsettled and eventually it will rerate as the incomes are significant. GLTAH
