This is alarming if true and suggests a serious tightening in the gold/silver markets.
By the time the retail investors get interested in the bullion markets, they may find the doors are seriously closed.
If you can't beat the bullion demand, then change the rules!

Again – difficult to assess the impact – but based on the information available it is now NOT POSSIBLE for private European investors to buy the 100% PHYSICALLY backed closed-end metal funds in Europe now. We can ONLY place sell orders in PSLV/PHYS – surely this might be a part cause for the silver action today…
