Just my thinking.
NST needs to shout a decent dividend, then market will move for sure. Now we are on a billion dollar spending spree, no significant uplift on dividends.
Most goldies do not even pay a dividend or steady dividend. Plus there is risk of gold price crashing at anytime as we are at all time highs etc, so goldies doesn't have much shine. In spite of that, we should have been well above 20$ as we are making over 2 billion a year. Just my guess.
