Sentiment indicators hit 80 percent a week ago. Commercials went heavily short. I managed to sell at 5.00... missed the top unfortunately, but still made a nice gain. This is where it gets very tricky. Sentiment, RSI etc is all mid trend at the moment so do we go and retest the highs or keep chopping lower? Im going to take a wait and see approach. When commercials reduce their short exposure and sentiment indicators are below 20 percent, I'll consider purchasing again. For now, happy to sit on the sidelines.
For bulls there was a nice reversal on gdx last night so we might see a small bounce here. I'd like to see how Seth Davis sees this playing out?
