NST chase 100% of EKJV

Can anyone shed light on this story running around town??

The first three have been ostensibly forthcoming in their tactics to unsettle Tribune Resources(TBR) and Rand Mining (RND). Hadley and Verhagen have been rumoured to be mercenaries ofBeament in a grand plan. The rumour is that Bowen could be the 4th musketeer. He is anex-Tribune Resources lawyer and may be conflicted if he is advising against his former client. Iwould lose further faith, if in our legal fraternity if this was the case.

The name of their purported game is to give Northern Star (NST) 100% control of the EastKundana Joint Venture (EKJV). To do this they need to reduce the holdings of Anton Billis, andassociates, in these tightly held companies. If Bowen was involved it would certainly give theothers an insight into how to launch an attack.

The word is that in 2018 the musketeers approached select top 20 shareholders in RND and TBR toside with the game plan. They were however unable to garnish their support. Thereafter, Hadleyset about going to the Takeovers Panel and was successful in an order for RND to sell 1.135,000shares held in TBR. As it turns out this was futile in the game plan as Billis retains his firm hand.

In December 2018 NST made a bid for TBR and RND for $150M which was promptly rejected asundervalued.

Subsequent to this there has been a series of interruptions by NST to the RND and TBR interests.This is now the focus of litigation before the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

NST appear dead-set to agitate their EKJV partners.

I wish all of these players would grow up and lose the greed. The EKJV has been a filthy richdeposit and it will continue to be more so with an increasing POG and AUD uncertainties. Get thefocus back on mining and share the love.
