Let's hope Bob. I love a positive outlook and you have one.
I think the US markets are due to have their cyclical crash...but Mr Trump will pull the strings so that that happens post 03-Nov so that he can secure another term. At this time TBR will be will retain strong dividend producing income and given it's tight holding will not be dumping shares. Even at today's prices our friend worzel has TBR at ~$90M undervalued. But that is based on NST's ridiculous bid of $150M, do the sums at a EKJV valuation north of $300M and it paints an even better picture at ~$200M undervalued. TBR's ASX price will have little downside. So I am very confident to buy TBR and hold irrespective of the economic climate.
I hold great concerns for the likes of NST who are trading at 'blue sky' multiples. The darlings hurt the most in a crash and their roller coaster can revert back to a fraction of today's price.
My opinion only...but I'm entitled to one as I've watch the same cycle many times over over decades. I remember a former darling in Sons of Gwalia!
