This seemed to come out of the blue (pardon the pun). I don't think it's a problem particular to NST. Are other mining companies doing this or is it an NST initiative?
I support the sentiment, but not convinced it's the best approach in such a hierarchical industry. Perhaps encouraging workers to settle in Kalgoorlie, or establishing a chapel/musholla or chaplaincy visits?
