    I don't know what BB would do but I don't think DCN is overvalued, plus its got loads of potential IMO. DCN just like NST has proved what you can achieve very quickly if you have smart people involved and you just give it a good go with the drill.

    Let's assume I'm right and the company is not over valued (once you factor in a take-over premium) then tacking DCN onto NST in a scrip deal does no damage, in fact it lifts production at a good margin and and gives another growth pathway.

    The only problem as Pnewby mentioned is that NST would then have to carry the CapEx and production (even if they accelerated the DFS) wouldn't not likely come before 2018. Personally I don't think you can develop a project faster than DCN are doing in any case.

    As I said someone will finance DCN's mines and make money from doing it, why not NST through a share tie-up? We would probably have to throw in a cash sweetner I'd imagine to make sure the deal stays friendly. Esh
