So you've been holding since 2010 (probably entry less than 20c) & the reason you sold 11% of your holding yesterday was because of the Mt clement deal?
It cost $344k (with future royalty payments) for a gold (64koz) & silver (618koz) producing mine

You sold just as gold broke through the US$1800 mark (hit US$1850 last night)
& NST smashed through the $15 long term resistance

There's no way you held for 10 years just to sell for this reason
