With labour gov proposed increase in WA gold royalty, it should encourage development out of WA, this would make Central Tanami project more attractive to focus on for NST it being in the NT, as less royalties would need to be paid.
Insane to do this to gold it being such a low margin commodity to produce and getting harder to get as time goes on.
I think this ill thought out WA proposed royalty increase would actually end up costing the government more than it makes.
