If you are looking for a good entry point then I suggest you look at the TA on both.
Frankly on the fundamentals of the merge alone you will be splitting hairs on trying to benefit on which one will give you the most value at this point. They will both trade within that merger ratio going forward. You may benefit from a deviation in the short term but I really can't say which one will go up/down in SP to conform to the ratio.
Better to look at the TA independently and decide which price action is more suited to you. Personally I own both for a while now but If I have to choose at this point it would be NST. Rising channel vs Flag formation... I'll take rising channel any day.
