What will NST share price after NST/SAR merger? Can I assume it will be NST price plus SAR valuation divided by number of NST shares?
Or will it be closer to the the combination of SAR and NST share price on the day of the merger?
It will be interesting to see if the marker puts an increased value on the combined companies.
