sounds like just the post I needed to read to be honest, only been trading for a year, made some quick easy coin in the first 9 months, the last 3 months however has nearly destroyed me, have definitely given back all my winnings and a bit on top. just can't get a break lately. I think I need to trade less and think more longer trades/swings before I lose all my capital
