I don't normally pay too much attention to these types of predictions, because there are so many of them with wildly different opinions, but I went surfing on the net and looked this guy up.
He gave an interview in early January just after the democrats gained control of the senate, so it must have been around January 6 or so. Have a listen from about 9:00 onwards for about at least 3 and a half minutes or so. What he described then is actually occurring.
His final thought was the Fed will step in with QE to control rising yields, and gold will then rise to new all time highs.
Of course some say the Fed doesn't care about long term yields, and will only step in if short term yields are rising and these have not risen so far. But how long can 10 yr rates rise for without dragging the shorter dated ones along with them? Who really knows?
Interesting times that is for sure, especially when you have skin in the game!
