I'm not sure whether every Super Fund has it but QSuper now has a Self Invest Option
So you can invest in certain Shares/ETFs and Term Deposits
At the moment with Shares perhaps peaking and bonds going backwards in terms of prices (because yields are rising) it's really hard to know where you should put your Money
I'm thinking Gold/Gold Miners but each to their own
