"At the norm of 10x cf, that values NST at $28 a share. All of that leverage and still getting paid 2% divvy for waiting...why then would you buy bonds at 1.6%"?. Because Wall St, Macquarie St and Collins St don't have a bloody clue and still believe the BS narrative coming out of the various RB's that they really know what they are doing, that they can keep printing money into perpetuity and will never get inflation again, and heaven forbid never ever have to back their currency again with something tangible like gold?
