Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited to be removed
from the S&P/ASX 200 Index
SYDNEY, JANUARY 27, 2021: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will remove Saracen
Mineral Holdings Limited (XASX: SAR) from the S&P/ASX 200, subject to final court approval of the
scheme of arrangement whereby the company will merge with Northern Star Resources Limited
(XASX: NST).
S&P Dow Jones will remove Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited from the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to
the open of trading on February 4, 2021. Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited will be replaced by
Pointsbet Holdings Limited (XASX: PBH) in the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to the open of trading on
February 4, 2021.
