I missed the quarterly conference call, but is anyone aware of any communication from GOR in terms of what they intend to do with their NST shares? I see 3 options
a) - just retain on balance sheet, collect the capital growth/dividends from NST b) -sell the shares, take the cash and go shopping for new endeavours/expansions etc c) - pass through the NST shares directly to GOR holders as an in specie distribution.
My personal preference is strongly for c given that GOR have no further value to add to NST, and passing them through gives that decision over to each individual shareholder, avoids tax implications and tax drag on GOR for dividends received from NST and/or a sale.
Was looking if anyone had heard anything or if there has been any indication from GOR what their intention may be if I have missed it.
