The last quarterly webcast is worth a listen - NST very clear on the strategy to significantly improve production by changing mining methods from jumbo cut-and-fill to long-hole open stoping. This is "well underway" with a "significant lift" in production expected this quarter and unit costs expected to "dramatically drop".
