Last time I said that something completely non-sensical was not going to happen, the company did exactly what I said they would not do, so I approach this topic with a degree of humility.
NST is too small for a large buyer to bother. They are fairly valued and there are no obvious synergies to any suitor that would be capable of taking it down.
The most likely targets for M&A are undervalued assets with dumb management. NST does not fit.
The fact that it is an improbable takeover target does not mean that the previous poster does not like the stock or its prospects, but simply that there is no obvious reason to take it over.

Now that I have analysed this and made a confident statement that NST will not be bid, I am probably going to be proven wrong. WIN WIN really, I am either right, or more wealthy than I would otherwise have been.
