    I suspect that the issue of what was or was not a superspreader event is now just history. Any gathering may have potentially spread COVID.

    Regardless, conservative Australian governments now appear prepared to allow nutters influenced by anti-vax conspiracy theories from Americas deep south to be DECIMATED.

    I use the term DECIMATE literally. It's what happened to the Roman legion that allowed the slave revolt to get out of hand.

    Anti-vaxxers may as well draw lots in groups of 10. Those who draw the short straw will suffer death or a permanent impairment.

    The broader conservative government view is that we have to get back to business and the anti-vax pricks can't be allowed to hold everyone else to ransom any longer. F them and their stupidity is the emerging view.

    Labor isn't far behind the conservatives in this space either.
