The only person being blamed is a hire vehicle driver that was a subcontractor to the organisation holding the primary contract.
The Contractor is negligent in their duty of care to be public.
The Media make much of the driver’s lack of mask and vaccinated but say nothing of the Flight Crew.
That useless pair, Brad and Gladys left this gaping hole in the quarantine process and it fell apart. It was an accident just waiting to happen.
