Does anyone know what the status of Dart's NSW assets is consequent to the NSW government's final gazetting of the exclusion zones for CSG?
I've not seen any response from the new broom at Dart and I've not seen any recent discussion on hc about it (?).
My guess is that much of the area Dart picked from Arrow in the far NE of the state may have survived but perhaps not much of the Hunter Valley stuff or the advanced project site near Newcastle (?).
Seeing how the Maria's project had cleared most of the regulatory hurdles perhaps Dart could seek some compensation from the moving of the goal posts at the last moment (again ???).
There has hardly been a flurry of movement from the csg sector since the final boundaries were set in stone (for the time being at least hey BOF) which suggests that the current NSW government has successfully killed off a political headache. As such I suppose that Mr McGoldrick will continue to devote about 1% of his time to NSW and will leave what NSW assets that remain on their books in care and maintenance (and again ????).
Thanks in advance
