WA won't be allowing people from NSW in unless its:

Only exempt travellers will be able to go to Western Australia from NSW, which are senior government officials, military personnel, a person responsible for transport freight or anyone given approval by an authorised officer.

Compassionate reasons will also allow residents to cross the border, including some Western Australian residents currently in NSW."
