I can't see the offloading of the assets being a cause for concern.
They have been a drain on funds for a while now.
Long gone are the days of those mines making 700 million per financial year profit.
The stupid thing is though that Rio paid an exorbitant amount to soak up the remaining CNA shares that were in public hands a few years ago - they paid an amount they will be lucky to recoup through selling the remaining holdings / ownership.
