THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

2. Leave is granted for the interlocutory process dated 12 May 2009 to be filed in Court and heard instanter.
3. The time for service of the originating process and affidavit in support pursuant to rule 2.7 of the Corporations Court Rules be abridged and that service be effected on or before 8.00pm on 12 May 2009.
4. For the purpose of satisfying order 3 above:
